💼 Eligibility Criteria

🧬 Nationality

Must be an Indian citizen or as per eligibility rules for Nepalese, Bhutanese, Tibetan refugees, and PIO migrants with a government-issued eligibility certificate.

🎓 Educational Qualification & Work Experience

🔹 Grade ‘A’ (General)

  • Qualification: Graduation in relevant fields with 60% marks or PG/MBA/CA/CS/CMA/CFA
  • Experience: 2 years (mandatory for some qualifications)

🔹 Grade ‘B’ (General)

  • Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with 60% / 55% marks
  • Experience: 5 years in RBI, SEBI, Banks, NBFCs, etc.

🔹 Grade ‘B’ (Legal)

  • Qualification: LLB with 50% marks; Preference for LLM or CS
  • Experience: 5 years in legal roles in financial institutions or CPSEs

🔹 Grade ‘B’ (IT)

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in IT/CS or MCA
  • Experience: 5 years in IT roles, with specialization in AI/ML, Security, Infra & Networks, or App Development

🎂 Age Criteria

Post Age Limit (As on 14 July 2025)
Grade ‘A’ 21 to 30 years
Grade ‘B’ 25 to 33 years

  • SC/ST: +5 years
  • OBC: +3 years
  • PwBD: +10–15 years

  • MSME credit appraisal

Grade ‘B’ (General/Legal/IT)

  • In-depth project management

  • Legal Drafting, NCLT/DRT cases, SARFAESI Act compliance

🧪 Selection Procedure

It’s a three-phase process:

  1. Phase I (Online Screening - 200 Marks)

    • English, Reasoning, Quant, Computer, GK, MSME, Stream-specific
  2. Phase II (Online Mains - 150 Marks)

    • Descriptive English (75) + Stream Subject (75)
  3. Phase III (Interview - 100 Marks)

    • Including Psychometric Assessment

📉 There is negative marking in objective tests (¼ per wrong answer).
